The roll was taken with the following result: CSHCR 7(HES) am Second Reading - On Reconsideration Amendment No. 1 YEAS: 11 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Phillips, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Wilken Nays: Davis, Ellis, Elton, Hoffman, Lincoln, Olson Excused: Austerman, Pearce, Ward and so, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senators Ellis, Lincoln, Elton, Davis moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw their names as cross-sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.
